Is the free tier really free forever?

Yes. You get 1 recruiter/admin seat, 500 AI tasks per month, the full pipeline + intake + client portal, and unlimited client portal users (always free). No credit card to start.

Where is my data stored?

Postgres on Google Cloud SQL in us-central1. Files (resumes, logos) live in a private Google Cloud Storage bucket and are served only through short-lived signed URLs — never anonymous.

Can I export everything if I want to leave?

Yes — GDPR Article 20. A company_admin can self-export a structured JSON dump of every row in your tenant from Settings. You can also raise a Subject Access Request at /privacy/sar.

Can I delete my company and all its data?

Yes. GDPR Article 17 with a 30-day grace window. You can cancel the deletion during the window. After 30 days, every row tied to your tenant is purged, including resume PDFs in storage.

How many languages does it support?

The UI is currently English-only — multi-language is on the roadmap. AI-generated content (summaries, drafts, scores) works on resumes in any language Gemini can read.

Is there a contract or lock-in?

No. Razorpay subscriptions are month-to-month and you can cancel from /settings/billing. Your plan stays active through the current period, then drops to the free tier.

Can my clients log in directly?

Yes — invite a client contact and they get a scoped portal at /portal-app. They see only their own jobs and shortlists, with per-candidate threaded chat. Or skip the login and share a private token link from any job.

How fast can I get started?

Self-serve. Sign up, connect Gmail (optional), drop a folder of resumes, and you have a populated pipeline in minutes. The Pro tier adds a priority support queue; assisted onboarding is a ₹500 add-on on any tier.

Is this designed for recruitment agencies or in-house HR?

Agencies. The product is built around multi-client candidate management, placement revenue tracking, and client-facing portals — things in-house HR teams don't need but agencies do every day. If you're an in-house HR team, you'd be using the product against the grain.
