Life Insurance Sales Officer – Direct Channel

About the Role

We are hiring Life Insurance Sales Officers for our Direct Channel in Ahmedabad and Surat. You will acquire and manage customers directly, advise them on suitable life insurance solutions, and help them secure their families' financial future.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and meet prospective customers directly, through your own network, referrals and company-provided leads

- Understand customers' financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance plans

- Explain policy features, benefits and premiums clearly and ethically

- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

- Complete documentation and onboarding accurately and on time

- Maintain customer relationships and support renewals and referrals

- Follow IRDAI guidelines and company compliance norms

Eligibility

- Age: up to 29 years

- Both insurance and non-insurance candidates can apply

- Candidates with experience in broking, BFSI or general insurance are preferred

- Good communication and persuasion skills

- Target-oriented and comfortable with field or customer-facing work

- Willingness to work in Ahmedabad or Surat
