Swaraaj Consultancy is hiring candidates for Agency Channel – Life Insurance Sales roles in Ahmedabad.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing business through the agency channel, building relationships with customers and agents, generating leads and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate Life Insurance business through the Agency Channel.
• Build and maintain relationships with agents and customers.
• Generate leads through field activities, references and market visits.
• Support agents in business generation and policy conversion.
• Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
• Maintain regular follow-up with customers and prospects.
• Complete required documentation and policy-related processes.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate from a recognised university.
• Candidates with BFSI / Field Sales / Credit Card / General Insurance / Life Insurance experience can apply.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with field sales and target-based work.
• Candidates with relevant local market experience preferred.
