Job Description

Swaraaj Consultancy is hiring candidates for Health Insurance – Agency Channel roles in Ahmedabad.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing health insurance business through the agency channel, building relationships with agents and customers, generating leads and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate Health Insurance business through the Agency Channel.
• Recruit, activate and maintain relationships with insurance advisors/agents.
• Generate business through agents, references, field activities and market visits.
• Support agents in lead generation and customer conversion.
• Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and customers.
• Assist customers with policy-related documentation and processes.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Candidates with experience in BFSI, Field Sales, Credit Card Sales, General Insurance or Life Insurance can apply.
• Candidates with prior Health Insurance / Agency Channel experience will be preferred.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with field sales and target-based work.
• Strong sales orientation and customer-handling ability.
