Job Description

We are hiring an Officer – Credit & Risk for our Credit & Risk team in Surat.

The candidate will be responsible for analysing the financial status of new and existing customers, assessing credit risk and supporting the company in making informed credit decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse the financial status of new and existing customers.
• Conduct credit risk analysis and due diligence.
• Review customer information and make recommendations based on credit assessment.
• Achieve department-wise targets.
• Maintain good relationships with clients, banks and the marketing team.
• Prepare renewal files in advance.
• Manage credit processes within defined TAT:
  • Real Estate: Within 60 days
  • SME: Within 45 days
• Handle multiple clients/projects and prioritise work according to urgency and requirements.

Candidate Profile

• PG in Finance – CA / CMA / MBA.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail and due-diligence skills.
• Good understanding of financial and credit analysis.
• Ability to analyse businesses across different industries.
• Good multitasking and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working with MS Excel and financial software.
• Knowledge of financial modelling, calculations, charts and reporting will be an advantage.
